Experience behind the work
Principal Consultant & Founder
Philip Stacy Hendricks is the founder and principal consultant of Terp Tech Laboratory, a founder-operated quality-systems, validation, and laboratory-readiness consultancy. He brings more than 30 years of pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated experience spanning manufacturing, analytical laboratory work, quality systems, compliance, and validation.
Cleaning validation is his lead specialty. His career includes hands-on laboratory and manufacturing roles, validation responsibilities, and service as Cleaning Validation Lead and Compliance Specialist at Virbac Animal Health. This experience informs his practical understanding of how procedures, equipment, people, and documented evidence must work together.
Through Terp Tech, Philip helps Missouri cannabis and hemp laboratories, manufacturers, and developing operations establish workable quality and readiness systems. He also supports other regulated organizations where their needs align with his demonstrated experience. His approach emphasizes clear roadmaps, technical review, and recommendations tailored to each client’s risks, requirements, resources, and operating realities.
Philip’s guiding principle is “Simple • Clear • Ready”—applying established quality principles thoughtfully, without unnecessary complexity.
Scope is agreed before work begins. Consultation provides a roadmap, agreed review rounds, and a findings discussion while the client writes.
Optional procedures, protocols, and technical-rationale documents are separately scoped. Clients retain approval, execution, and implementation responsibility.
Deliverables do not establish validated status or finding closure; regulatory and accreditation outcomes are not guaranteed.
Contact Philip to discuss a defined quality-system, validation, documentation, or laboratory-readiness need and whether Terp Tech’s services are a fit.
